About Dr. Bucci
Dr. Bucci was born in Rhode Island and graduated cum laude from Rhode Island College in Providence, with a BA in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. At Rhode Island College, she was honored to be a General Education Honors Recipient, a Dean's List Recipient and a Foundation Scholarship Recipient.
Dr. Bucci received her doctoral degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. There she was part of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and was the recipient of Clinical Honors during her final year of clinical rotations.
Dr. Bucci began her career in Rhode Island and then in pursuit of palm trees and beautiful sunny days, she relocated to Sebring in 2006.
In 2015, Dr. Bucci was chosen to receive the Rhode Island College Alumni Honor Roll Recipient Award for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
Dr. Bucci strongly believes in delivering state of the art eye care with the newest technological advances. She is also committed to delivering this modern day care with an "old fashioned" bedside manner that her patients have come to love about her.

As for home life, Dr. Bucci enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, and their friends and family including her 15 nephews and nieces.
